Musician Jub Jub and his co-accused Themba Tshabalala were found guilty at the Protea Magistrate's Court yesterday [Tuesday].
Magistrate Brian Nemavhidi charged Molemo Maaronhanye( Jub Jub) and his co-accused Themba Tshabalala with four counts of murder and two of attempted murder following an accident on March 8, 2010 that left four school pupils dead and three others seriously injured.
The accident occured while the pair was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and the magistrate also convicted them of racing on a public road and driving while under the influence of drugs.
The judgment was received with mixed emotions with one of the family members of those killed fainting when judgment was handed down.
Sentencing will take place on November 30 2012.
