Hand signals have garnered a whole new use, after people have abandoned dangerous bicycles for safer transport. Stick your hand out to show the person they must stop so you can push in, or use a hand signal instead of flicking on those pesky indicators - they just waste time. The best hand signal of all conveys all your emotion to the person who's hooting behind you.
