A 12-year-old boy was attacked by a lion at the Lion Park in Johannesburg on May 11.

The lion attacked him while he was in a vehicle at the park. Although his injuries look painful, he owes a lot to the lion, because it is alleged that he and four others had been abducted by a man. The lion saved them from the abductor.
