Now it may sound obvious, but how many of us are guilty of using the same password in multiple places? What's more, if your password is lacking in complexity it could be relatively easy to crack. Try these little tips to give your security a little bit of a boost:
Avoid your mother's maiden name, personal details such as home address or the date of your birthday (it would take a fraudster very little time to acquire such details).
Use the entire keyboard, not just the most common characters. Do not make the rookie mistake and use 'qwerty' or a similar string of keys.
